I was away for the winter and had my computer turned off which holds my software for my Whistler scanners,now I can’t download my updates,I would post a pic but I don’t know how,this is a new problem for me?

Have you tried uninstalling the ez scan software and reinstalling the latest version from whistler? They had an update a while ago that required a full reinstall to work correctly.

Look up how to do a sensible sized screen grab, that's what the inter-web is for. Just go to the Whistler site and download the latest software for EZScan. Even if you have a new blank form, you can upload the card information from your scanner up TO the form and then do your updates. OR just install your saved archive EZScan form that I'm sure you did ahead of time. ;0)

Go to whistlergroup.com and download the latest version for your scanner, Install it then update ezscan via ezscan
