So, I ordered a refurbished 1088 from them. I was unhappy to find that the USPS completely neglected the box. It is smashed up in the corners, bent in on the sides (even shipping tape is torn across the top). I contacted them yesterday, and the person I talked to said I would get a pre-paid return slip sent via e-mail. And I just need to send it back. When I got home I had nothing from them. I have not opened the box yet in case a claim has to be made. I'm so disappointed with the USPS as usual :-( .
