WS1040: Nothing Enabled

Hello everyone! I just bought my new Whistler WS1040 yesterday. I downloaded software to my scanner and now it reads Nothing Enabled. Can someone help me with this please? I am a newbie to this scanner.

sure..common issue...you hit download from scanner instead of upload to scanner...just do it again

From the RR WIKI... (the WS1040 is the same as the PRO-106)

Nothing Enabled error:

• No scanlists are enabled. Turn on one or more scanlists.
• Scanlists are enabled but empty. Create and/or associate objects with scanlists.
• Scanlist is enabled but all objects in scanlist are locked out. Unlock some objects.
• Note - (Pro-106/197 and PSR-500/600 only) For a TSYS it's possible to lock out a wildcard talkgroup AND the TSYS itself, which will cause Nothing Enabled until both are unlocked.
