Just wanted to reach out to you Whistler Wendy and say thank you! I am really impressed with your customer service and repair techs, especially John.
Recently I had keyboard issues and you guys did not only an excellent job fixing the scanner, but got the radio back to me faster than I had anticipated. You've shown me that you really do value your customers and that is important to those of us spending hundreds of dollars on hobby items like scanners.
While I do not expect to need a new scanner anytime soon, my TRX-1 is awesome, I'll definitely look to Whistler for any upgrades.
