Trx 2 and DMR

I was doing a search via the limit search and came across our Electric company on 153.650. Database shows it as expired. This is what the scanner shows it as DMR Slot 1 Color 7. The talk id shows 30144. The problem is that you can't understand what their saying. It like a garbled mess. Any one know what's Going on.

They must be using encryption.

Encrypted / Privacy enabled on their system. My first guess.

You could try setting up your encryption options in the global settings of trx. That way, it looks at the data and if it is encrypted it will alert you using the settings you chose in the global menu.
