I assume the e-scan you mentioned a couple of times mean "EZ Scan" software that came with the radio - correct?
Are you in Richland, importing Richland, or both?
It looks like the "default" import for Richland GA imports 202 conventional frequencies (396 for all categories). Most of that appears to be more statewide stuff.
The RRDB information appears to be pretty seriously lacking and/or out of date or perhaps you are in a extremely rural (slow) area that doesn't have all that much to listen to.
