Check status of repair

Hi everyone -
We have added a new feature to our website. You can now check the status of any repair that you might have in our repair center.

Visit our website -> in the bottom footer choose "Check Status of Repair".
Enter your phone number and it will show your customer information. Choose "View Repair Status".

This will show any repair tickets that you CURRENTLY have in our system. Please note that we will only show current repair tickets or tickets that have been placed in the last month or so. If the ticket has been closed or is older than 2 months and not showing up it is closed.

Legacy Upgrades are currently shown as a "Repair".

Please note that the following statuses are shown:

Received - we have received your unit
Pending Receiving - if you have called us and said you need a repair and we instructed you to send it in
Pending Payment - if the repair is out of warranty and we have not received the out of service fee
In Repairs - it is with our repair team
Ready to Ship Back - It is in out bound shipping
Closed -the unit has shipped back and the ticket is closed

All repairs will now receive an email when we receive your unit and an email when the unit is shipped back to you which will include your tracking number. We can only send emails if you include your email when you send it to us.

We know that repairs are not fun. Whether it is something that was your fault and you need a repair or it is a warranty repair we want the experience to be easy for you. We hope this will make things a little easier for you.

Much appreciated Wendy. My experience with Whistler has been nothing but positive and it's good to see it's just going to be that much better.
