Anyone copy "Upset 62" on 121.500 today at 12:45PM?

Says he was trying to respond to someone in distress and he had exchanges with Minneapolis and a couple other planes in the air. At 12:50PM he said he was over the east Green Bay VOR and said he didn't know if it was an aircraft or water craft calling.

He identified as "U.S. Air Force Upset 62".

Last heard at 12:56.

Heard again at 1:09PM. Said three times he's heard a voice on 121.500 asking for help. 20mi northeast of FAH.

Looks like "Upset" is a commonly used callsign for the 128th Air National Guard refueling wing out of Milwaukee.

Correct. If you monitor ADS-B, you will see various "UPSET" and similar call signs passing through, and/or loitering. I'm pretty sure Flightaware blocks these, but you can still receive the raw data with a receiver.
