Anyone who happens to be near Elk Mountain, the rapidly expanding Keystone fire is generating a large amount of interesting listening.

Primary command is using the forest service repeater on 171.500mhz. Depending on which repeater is used (they all have the same output frequency), they are fairly weak into the Laramie area at times.

Everyone from Buford to Wamsutter, and from Red Feather lakes Colorado to Muddy Gap, should be able to hear the traffic.

Limited comms on Flight Follow and Wyolink is a bit weak in the area, so analog is being used almost exclusively.

Does anyone have an updated list of PL to repeater locations?

It my understanding that quite a few are solar/battery powered repeaters and 25 watts for the remote ones, similar to a few of Yellowstones
