I believe you might have been hearing this one in Indian Peaks fire district. That is the only one I've heard of today.
Missing Person - Mark Baertschy - Case 06-1989
[FONT=Arial, Verdana]On April 12, 2006 at approximately 1130 hours, Boulder County Sheriff’s deputies, Rocky Mountain Rescue, Indian Peaks Fire Department, Boulder City Water Shed, and Front Range Rescue Dogs, have initiated a welfare search on a possible missing person in the vicinity of the Rainbow Lake area (Sour Dough Parking Lot) at the 300 block of County Road 116. Preliminary investigation has revealed the missing person is Mark Baertschy. Mr. Baertschy was the person arrested March 31, 2006 by sheriff’s deputies for sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and has not been seen since his release from jail on April 1, 2005. [FONT=Arial, Verdana]At about 0930 hours, a member of the Rocky Mountain Rescue Group who happened to be in the area, noticed the vehicle and knew that it had been parked there for several days. He was able to see a telephone number on a receipt inside the vehicle. He called and made contact with Mr. Baertschy’s father. Mr. Baertschy’s father confirmed that his son was missing. [/FONT]

[FONT=Arial, Verdana]On April 10, 2006 a sheriff deputy was dispatched to that area to check on a vehicle that had been parked in the area for several days. The vehicle described as a red ford aerostar van. The deputy obtained a listing on the vehicle from the license plate. While the vehicle listed to Mr. Baerstschy, he had not been reported as missing. [/FONT]

Mark Baertschy - Missing Person Located
On April 13, 2006, at approximately 1145 hours searchers located Mark Baertschy approximately five miles south of where he had parked his vehicle in the Sourdough parking area near Rainbow Lakes. Mr. Baeratschy appears to be in good health.
On March 31, 2006, Mr. Baertschy was arrested for sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust. He was released on April 1, 2006 with a condition of pre-trial supervision. He was instructed to schedule an appointment with Community Justice Services the first workday following his release from custody. As of April 13, 2006, he had not complied and a warrant was issued for contempt of court for failure to comply with bond conditions.
Mr. Baertschy is being transported to the Boulder County Jail.
