APPs for Ipad and Samsung Tablets

What free APPS do you use for receiving Western Wayne County and Livingston County FD, PD and EMS?
There appears to be many APPS but I'm not sure which one(s) to use. Just starting to use my Tablet.
Broadcastify charges I believe?

Try scanner radio use it for year or more love it
