Most likely RFTA. (Roaring Fork Transit Agency)
They are currently 800 MHz on the Holy Cross trunked system. They had been moving towards going on the DTRS along with Holy Cross and Eagle County.
Currently they have 4 talkgroups on the Holy Cross system, I would suspect they would end up with the same when they swap to DTRS. 1 Normal bus dispatch, 2 Supervisors, 3 Special events, 4 Aspen Public Safety Dispatch.
