A quick blast through the NASWA Journals for the last 3 or 4 months as well as 4 weeks of Flashsheets came up empty. I would suggest getting on the DXLD (DX Listening Digest) Yahoo group - there are several folks there (including a rather well known producer of the pgm of the same name...) who have complete schedules, and a few that speak Arabic, that can help.
Also listen very carefully around the 1/2 hour. Often the major broadcasters will ID then. Keep in mind that many countries transmit in Arabic to the Horn of Africa (and Middle East, of course) as well, although I suspect you might be onto something with Egypt. If you are lucky, they will play an Interval Signal and change their service from one language to another. That's as good as a spoken ID, as IS (as they're known) are unique from station to station.
There used to be - maybe still is, I don't know if we have it in our wiki - a site that collected recordings of IS. I'll check on this later and post it if I come up with it.

This is the way many will ID a station even though they don't speak or understand the language. Very handy site.
