Listening (Right now) to something in Mesquite area unfolding on 136.2750. Did anyone ever establish who uses this and for what? It's aviation talking to ground units.

Here in the northeast, its an FBI/DHS air frequency.

136.275 is a DOJ freq used by FBI and DEA. In Texas it has also been used by the Texas National Guard Joint Counterdrug Task Force. Also used by USMS JPATS base in Oklahoma City. CBP (DHS) uses 136.375.
