Has anyone else hear the message on 14.150 MHz usb " you worked all year victor echo 5 link x-ray" I first noticed it at 2pm pacific. coming in between S5 and 7. at one point there was a response of alpha numerics.

This might not be a utility; this is the 20 meter ham band, and you might have stumbled onto a contest or a DX station....Mike

Exactly as ka3jjz noted, it was an international DX contest. People specifically trying to make contact with others in different countries. Especially based on what you typed, as its close enough to what someone would have told another about the multiplier.
