Aloha/Beaverton area I and picking up the FM broadcast on 148.930 MHz. This isn't a mirror of any station broadcasting on FM radio or AM radio in my area that I can find.

along with came some other rfi spikes, doubled check everything, I can recieve this with rtl-sdr v3, nooelecs, rsp1a, pro 2044 and catch it with a baofeng on my roof...
and as i am posting it, it disappears after 2 days of being there
