Sounds like VSP to me. 3 and 4 digit unit numbers talking to "Richmond".
Then some data.

Not listed on the STARS page.....but licensed for Virginia Department of Forestry and Virginia State Police, as trunked relays.

so, STARS people, what did I stumble upon here?

edit: 4:29 richmond local time, heard CW ID on this freq in analog FM, followed by P25 voice talking about a wanted check on a person...

edit again: now hearing control channel data, sounds like 9600 baud to me.

yet another edit: listening to 152.0375 and 151.3175 with the same radio, signal strengths are about the same, 152.0375 being slighty stronger on my HT. Both freqs are active, running control channel data at the same time, though.

151.3175 mhz. is one of the Richmond STARS site's voice frequencies and 152.0375 mhz. is the primary control channel for the Richmond STARS site. Some internet frequency/user website postings, including RR, contain frequency/user/pl errors and/or omissions and should not always be considered 100% accurate and complete. .
