154.250 in TO

Hello all;

Just wondering if anyone knew what you hear on 154.250 - what I normally monitor as Peterborough fire - in the Toronto area. RIght in Toronto, it comes in loud and clear...I figure something across the lake but wondered if anyone knew exactly.

You're probably hearing the paging freq. for Hamilton Fire.

Can you give us an idea as to what kind of traffic you're hearing on it? If it's fire dispatches it's probably what xml said, but who knows.

I have no doubts it is the Hamilton FD simulcast with the city's trunk system...it was fire traffic, that's for sure...and I remember nearby Peter's Corners being mentioned while I was listening. A good conventional number for those in Toronto.
