154.845 in Bryan County

I just drove through Bryan County, stopping for food in Richmond Hill, and I heard a police unit of some sort tell dispatcher he was stopping a vehicle at MM89 (I guess on I-95). This was on 154.845 but I find no listing of that for either Bryan County or Richmond Hill.

This sounded like either the input to a repeater or a simplex channel.

Does anybody know who this is?

A-ha! Then somebody in-the-know might want to update the conventional frequency listing here for Bryan County. I suspected it might be county sheriff.
