155.055 141.3 PL in the Phoenix Area

Who is the user of 155.055 141.3 PL in the Phoenix area? This is a repeater and I am receiving this freq at about 2 bars on a handheld antenna, and 5 bars on the attic antenna in South Phoenix. It sounds like some fire department and on Sunday it sounded like a mountain rescue call.

I see the freq is licensed to Rural Metro in the valley, but it did not sound like their dispatch. There was a dispatcher on the frequency, and it seemed informal compared to Rural Metro. This is only the second time in about a month that I have heard anything on this freq, so it is not very active.

Probably Gila Bend Fire.

I am on the north side of South Mountain. Where the Gila Bend transmitter is located, I might have issues since South Mountain, and the Estrella Mountains are in the way. I don’t think I could receive this freq from a handheld due to the terrain.

Can anyone confirm if Gila Bend uses 141.3 PL on 155.055?
