155.415 digital in central Ohio

anyone hearing all the digital data on 155.415 that has appeared lately? IT's the Licking COunty Sheriffs channel and it actually is so strong in the west part of the county that it sometimes drows them out.

Any thoughts where it's coming from?

It is the Fayette County Sheriff who began using MotoTRBO a few months ago on their VHF frequency.
