155.9550 is Elyria streets in Lorain County. All day long there has been a on and off dead key with a PL of 136.5. The signal is full scale in North Ridgeville, Elyria and Lorain. Sometimes it lasts minutes, sometimes a few seconds.

Any ideas?

I am hearing the same thing all day today. I have had to put it in temporary lockout. I have has this happen a couple times in maybe the last 6 months. Seems to go away after a day or two.

I confirmed this today after recording multiple comms as Elyria Communications Dept.
