157.485 Winsale Inc. ???

[Analogrules]

I recently heard some brief transmissions on 157.485. It's listed in the FCC database as Winsale Inc. located in Jersey City, NJ and Staten Island, NY. Does anyone know what type of company this is and who exactly uses this frequency? Just curious.
