Hi,
I programmed 158.995 into my Pro-94. This USED to be the Blanchard, LA PD mobiles.
Blanchard PD has moved into the Caddo Parish 911 800 mhz trunked section, BUT, some of the local Caddo Fire Districts STILL use their old VHF high-band frequencies when working with nearby DeSoto Parish fire units in a Mutual Aid thing. I was wondering if
maybe Blanchard had done the same with surrounding PD depts.
The F.C.C. database shows that the Blanchard license, KWV-624, expired in Jan of '01 and was never re-newed. However, I am hearing pager tones quite frequently. A quick check of the F.C.C. Database for both ALL of Louisiana and Texas, shows no one on the freq?
Could someone be "unlicensed" and using this frequency? I'll keep monitoring to see if someone acually says something, LOL!
Respectfully,
