161.815 (unidentified)

[BC2001]

On my BCD996P2 I was doing a search and found my scanner had stopped on 161.815 MHz. It says DT3 and Slot 2 is flashing. I am aware of what that means (DMR Tier 3), but have no idea where it is coming from.

I live in Bell County, and I couldn't find anything in the database or FCC database.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

Actually, I neglected to look at that system.

It does show a 161.8125 in the county neighboring me, so maybe that's it? I will try to put that in and see what happens since it's so close to the frequency I'm picking up.

It's not in the regular FCC database because it's one of the auctioned VHF Public Coast marine channels.

Network ID: 9
Site: 60
Talkgroup: 0
Unit ID: 0
Color Code: 0
Slot 2

I get the signal on 161.810 as well. So it must be 161.81250 after all

That would be EKPC DMR Tier 3
