While scanning the 163 to 173 section yesterday I found 167.2375 active. It is transmitting a trunk type signal with occasional LNK and DAT codes on my BC396XT. Signal is "very" strong in the Roseburg area. Also picked up 167.6375 occasionally for a while Monday afternoon. It was also very strong and encrypted. It was on and off as if it was someone transmitting.
The other two signals here in this area 168.0875 and 172.2375 are still up and they indicate they are Justice Integ. This new find doesn't say anything.
Anyone else receiving 167.2375 or know what it might be?
