1: A Burlington Transit driver told me that they also have a Channel 5 and Channel 6, anybody know what talkgroups those are?. I assume the drivers prob do not know.

2: anybody know the Security freq for Burlington Mall?

1) I generally block out their boring comms, they are about as exciting as listening to paint dry but I hear them on 02-101 thru 02-103.

2) I might have to venture to a mall tomorrow. I doubt I will take my scanner (hard to conceal it waering shorts). The next time I go there I will have a look out for them and report if I remember (I dont go there often enough)

Where in Burlington are you and what scanner do you use?

i live near Upper Middle and Guelph, using a 396Xt, PRO-164 and a 996xt. i would also be happy to swap info at any time.

if your looking for a mall frequency, get real close to the mall, and turn on the close call if you have a uniden scanner. it worked for me, but that was at a different mall

Considering the first four talkgroups for Burlington Transit are in AFS or DEC:

(02-101 or 337) Burlington Transit 1
(02-102 or 338) Burlington Transit 2
(02-103 or 339) Burlington Transit 3
(02-104 or 340) Burlington Transit 4

would it be safe to assume channel 5 would be.. 02-105 or 341, and channel 6 .. 02-106 or 342 ?
