Well the 2003 Sniper has been caught, now justice be served.

Was he caught this morning? I don't see any news on this(looked at both gazette's and daily mail websites),but I hope he is caught since he terrorized all of the Kanawaha valley back then. I actually forgot about that sniper til you mentioned it here.
