looks like you picked up most of MSHP lol..

Troop A = Lees Summit
Troop B = Macon
Troop D = Springfield
Troop F = Jeff. City
Troop I = Rolla

these are the obvious ones..
Dispatch Chan is also used as Car-to-Car in most locations.

Could be other possible matches for some of those but it looks like MO shows up most in your log anyways..

I read the header "Discussion of Skip and Tropospheric Ducting Monitoring" to mean a forum for tropo ducting or skip (E/F).

Nebraska freqs

42.460 is a common Nebraska State Patrol dispatch frequency, from Lincoln or North Platte.

39.820 is commonly used for Nebraska medical.

Also listen for 39.980 which is often used by rural fire departments in Nebraska, and 39.900 which is an "All-sheriffs" frequency for Nebraska sheriffs departments.
