Looking for other hydro fans to help map out driver/spotter frequencies. The 2024 schedule is posted at H1unlimited.com. I payed for the waterfall upgrade on my Uniden SDS100 and will see how useful it is. Knowing the nature of short burst transmissions the waterfall could be useful.

The H1 Unlimited Facebook Site has been Posting Spotter Guides in their Posts Section and can also be Found in the Photo Section for Download. I haven't had a chance to Verify any of the Frequencies so you should be able to provide the Tone Codes in the near Future if you get to a Race. I am not able to Attach any Files yet so take a look at the Facebook Page for the Guides. Otherwise, send me your E-Mail Address and I have 7 Guides (JPG Format) from the past 2 Years that I can send you to get a Head Start on the 2024 Season. Keep us Posted...

Last year at Seafair I found a handful of frequencies and they seem to have changed from boat to boat (on one particular day). I didn't have much luck at the H1 FB page, so send me what ya got. I'll be attending Seafair in August.

This is probably a Long Shot but I thought it was worth a Post. erikk1840 and I briefly discussed this Offline that H1Unlimited is having an all day Pre-Season Test Session, Friday May 31st, on the Columbia River in Kennewick, WA. For those who may live close by and interested in Experiencing Hydroplane Racing and Collecting Frequencies, this would be a perfect opportunity as the Boats may spend more time on the Water and may have more Radio Communications. Past Spotter Guides with Frequencies are available in the Photo Section on the H1 Facebook Site (I still do not have Posting Access) and as erikk1840 states above, the Frequencies seem to change often. Hopefully H1 will Post a Spotter Guide for the Test Session. As it is an Open test, Pit access may be available and a Close Call Search could work well if you can get close to the Launch Docks. I would think about going but the 31st is the first day of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Visit here in Portland, OR. I can also E-Mail the Past Spotter Guides to anyone who might be interested in going.

This is what H1 Posted about the Test Session:

Just like Major League Baseball has Spring Training, our drivers and crews need a chance to tune up prior to the season. This takes the form of a pre-season test session where the majority of the teams will gather for a day to make sure all of the modifications, tuning and tweaks they worked on over the off-season will actually do what they intended.

This year, our test session will take place in Kennewick, WA – the site of the Columbia Cup – on Friday, May 31, 2024 beginning at 9:00AM. Admission to the park and shoreline is free, and you will be treated to multiple runs by all teams. In fact, during a test session, most teams run MORE laps than they would normally run during a race event, trying out different combinations of settings on their boats, as well as getting their drivers some long-awaited seat time in their 2024 rides!

If you can’t make it, the session will be live-streamed on YouTube, so it’s easy to get your pre-season fix of speed on the water!

However, if you can take a day off work that Friday, bring a comfy chair, a cooler, the family and a camera and take in a full day of fast boats in a relaxed atmosphere along the banks of the Columbia River. See ya there!

After giving it some thought, yeah I can make it. I'll have to rent a car and may be a bit late, but it's doable. Even if the frequencies aren't posted I'd still like to try out the waterfall on my SDS100. One has to get very strong signals, close to the action to make it work. I'll plan to be there between 10:00 and 11:00.
