220 LMR in KC?

Has anyone heard the 220 MHz Land Mobile Radio-type system(s) in KC?

This is known as the One Main Plaza site (OMP)

There was a SEA ACSB 5 channel LTR there back in the mid to late 90's - it was for a speculator, the system was a channel saver for some future
technology. it worked as a standalone LTR system till it was decommissioned due to the speculator running out of funds for roof rent.
As far as I know, there is no system at that location at this time. Only paging ( Mobilfone of KC) there right now.

I hate speculators - here in Joplin they have at least a dozen 800 MHz systems licensed with nary a watt to show!
