While scanning the Westchester County MotorolaII system, the scanner frequently "locks" on to the trunking mode and does not scan the conventional frequencies. To stop this I press the "hold" button and then press "scan." This may happen several times,usually while traveling in the car. Any ideas on how to prevent this?
