The other night I heard the dispatcher call in a possible (253) all over the road. I also heard it many times before. My guess would be a impaired driver. Dose anyone know what a 253 is?

Yes.....253 is used to indicate an impaired driver. It is derived from the section of the Criminal Code referring to Impaired Driving, which is Sec. 253. Hope this helps.
