266.050 ?

On several email lists I have seen 266.050 logged as a JSTARS satcom downlink. Any idea what bird this is? I am unable to find this on any freq list and not hearing anything while pointed at CONUS region, even though a report came through this morning of "steady encrypted comms" on that freq.

1. Where was this report posted from?
2. This is a known J-STARS freq.
3. 266.05 is not a SATCOM freq.

It was posted on UHF-Satcom (yahoo group) and HearSat from Allen Stern.
Same person in the past mentioned an uplink of 301.550.

I emailed him to confirm the freq and what satellite he was monitoring, but he didn't say so I was not sure what to make of it. I could not find 266.050 published on the usual websites either, so it had remained a mystery to me as well.
