2nd alarm rowhouse fire - 900 blk of N Chester St. - arriving units report heavy fire 1st and 2nd floor -- crews initially attempted and interior attack but were withdrawn by command. Fire now reported in the cockloft. Rescue 1 roof division - command requesting a trench cut to halt the spread to adjacent rowhouses.
