Yesterday (9 Sep) between 3PM/4PM local time Anniston Alabama, I heard idle chit-chat between 3 to 4 persons.

Mostly only talk about how to work an intercom system, not really interesting but still an interesting find for me.

328.55 is a air to air frequency for VMFA-142 F/A-18 unit that is based at Dobbins ARB/Atlanta NAS. They use that frequency very regular in the area.

Very well could have been the VMFA-142 "Flying Gators", they did do a flyover at the last Talladega race.

I do remember them mentioning some local landmarks during their conversation this time and there is another race coming up soon, so it could be possible they were doing some scouting and such...
