Those sites are spread pretty far apart. I would suspect simulcast, and probably with Chuckwalla and Blythe on "West River" and the rest on "West County".

It's the Western Riverside County Disaster Net as shown in the RRDB. My guess is that there are a few lower level sites that use OST that were not published in the CAL IFOG.
