Heard MSP dispatch a bulletin for troopers to be on the lookout for a vehicle coming out of Grand Rapids on n/b US-131 last night. Said they had received a tip that there was "3500" in the vehicle.

I'm assuming 3500 is some sort of drugs?

Also- a couple of weeks ago I heard a "priority zero" for the first time. I know what priority 1, 2, and 3 are, but I've never heard a priority zero- what's that? DOA?

You are correct of the 3500.. I've never heard the priority zero in my area before. Some of the other codes can be found in the wiki if you haven't already found it. Department of State Police (MI) - The RadioReference Wiki

One of our local ambulance services used "priority zero" when they initially page the ambulance crew, if they haven't yet determined the priority of the call. Usually by the time the crew acknowledges, they can give them the priority. Not sure they still use it though since we started doing EMD and we give them the priority up front.

If I remember correctly 3500 is taken from the MICR File Class 3500 which is for records keeping..... just like 5400-2 you could hear is code for drunk driving.
