when I got my Pro 2045 off ebay it was not really programed.. But for some reason this frequency was in it already...

I am hearing traffic on it which sounds like some military air traffic...

I am in the Dothan (Ft Rucker) Alabama area.

So what have I been listening to ???

I think you are most likely hearing the Approach/Departure frequency for Tyndall AFB at Panama City, FL. You are well within hearing distance of that once the aircraft is around 10,000 ft. and higher.
