396xt and freescan

i'm trying to download a new file to the scanner using freescan.
but not able to log into site using freescan.
i currently have a active membership with rr.
so i don;t know what's up.
has anyone else had the same.

Do you get an error message of some sort? If so what does it say?

i just d/l it again @ home and it works fine. but i haven't loaded it on the scanner yet.
