4 Corners: ID Freq.

I've come across a new one heard from my listening post in SW Colorado. DMR, 159.180, CC4, TG2200. Possibly a school district PD but not quite sure. Another hunch is that this agency/district is in New Mexico or Arizona. I do not find it in the RRDB or FCC ULS.

So if you're anywhere near the Four Corners dial it up and help ID this one.
