I have constant data signal on this freq. kinda weak hr anybody
know what this is?? thanks ...Marcy

167.4125 N 070

407.8375 n150 is the VA Medical Center West Haven CT

There's a page in the wiki that has many nac codes documented as to who uses them and when I find new stuff I check for the nac on that page to get an idea who it may be.

Well it could be that also. Have not had much coffee yet and when I saw DOE, VA I took VA for Virginia. There is a VA hospital over in Northport but I am not sure what freqs they are on. The have a talk group on Suffolk's trunked system but I have never seen any activity on it.

Next time I am over that way I will scan for any freqs in use at the Northport VA

which is a good reference, but alas only One point of reference when establishing who/where/what is used.

Both DoE and the VA have been reported using N150, 150h, $150 and NAC 150 or 150 NAC
(you will see it listed in the multiple flavors across the internet]

just a Icom 8600 and a Icom 7610 thats all I got and a super old Pro-43

So the pro 43 has a limit search. You could set that for the fed ranges and see if anything pops. It wont do p25 but if you hear p25 noise with the squelch way up then you know what freqs are active at the VA

last info on Northport was the PD was 410.175 $293
but there were other freqs found via the NTIA datadump of:
407.4750R need the Tone - Engineering
409.4375R need the Tone - Emergency Management
410.6500S need the Tone - Fire ? might be telemetry for the Alarms, since it was listed as Simplex
413.8625S - Paging
414.4375S need the Tone - Engineering/maintenance Talk-around

vy strong cpy 10 over on my S meter so I have to conclude

Now mentioning DoE I did get a NAC of 141 on 171.975
vy strong cpy 10 over on my S meter so I have to conclude
