Do you have a NAC? Is it a surveillance? Maybe it is the DEA.....

I routinely hear it also. Found it on a search, so don't know who it is. It's filed under Federal Misc.

Been a lot of action lately.

Unfortunately, I have a BC-785 so no NAC decode available. And actually, I am decoding audio only about 50% of the time due to the lack of an automatic equalizer in the 785. I have attempted to dial it in manually, but the signal appears to be too variable.
