New updates are available for the TRX-1E and TRX-2E
These updates include minor alterations to the existing 5 countries as well as the addition of 8 new countries

Anyone with the TRX-1E or TRX-2E EZ Scan is encouraged to Archive their configuration, update the PC Application, then update their scanner FW to 7.2 thru the Update function within the TRX-1E and TRX-2E EZ Scan PC application.

New to the TRX-1E and TRX-2E version of EZ Scan is access to RadioReference database for the selected country(ies) with a premium subscription to RadioReference.

If you travel often between these countries, using V-Scanner folders you can set-up each Folder for a different country when programming then select from your list of V-Scanner folders for the country you are in.

Step size are dependent of the frequency band.

in 5.8 or 7.1, it can do 5khz step in amateur band. But not in 7.2.

Finally! I hope the Bandplan for the Netherlands is accurate, I will check it soon. I hope there are more updates to the TRX line in the future, even if they are just minor, incremental improvements. Also; where are the new Bandplans? Have searched high and low on the whistler site, but found nothing about it.

So you are saying that there are some changes to the NL Bandplan on the horizon? So should I use the current version or wait?

Using the latest release for Netherlands is better than the previous options so yes you can use the current version 7.2
Once we adjust the rebranded segments, we will make a new version available

I just got the upgrade for the TRX-2E. The bandplan for Belgium looks very good.
Now the digital smalband NXDN stations that use the 3.125 step on vhf/uhf can also be heard, this is a big improvement for the radioscanner.

I doubt a wiring diagram of the scanner is available. A schematic/block diagram MIGHT be available? I don't know where though, sorry.
