hello i hear this freq 453.475 i no its a digital freq in nyc but can not verify it. it says stanley ave. is it in ny or nj anybody knows. thanks

There's a Stanley Avenue in East New York Brooklyn,NY also.
Let me correct this...it's between the Belt parkway and Linden Blvd,north of Starrett City nearest major intersection Pennsylvania Ave.Not quite ENY.

i know but it would not be digital its coming up saying stanley ave in digital mode. must be yonkers i guess. 417.2 i hear here in nyc digital freq to.

That frequency is not listed as being licensed to Brooklyn on the FCC Database nor is it listed for Brooklyn in the RR Database. It's clearly listed as Yonkers PD F1 APCO25 on the RR Database.

417.200 is the Federal Protective Service Police in NYC and it is P25 digital as you mentioned.

I Agree with you folks...sure sounds like Yonkers locations from here...also try 453.2750 for Yonkers stuff..
