454.300 Fresno County? Who is it

Been hearing what appears to be Bus Company drivers on 454.300. Looked on FCC listings site, & RR Database, and *only* thing Ican find is its a "Fresno Mobile Radio" frequency.

Any ideas as to who this Bus Co. is and where at? Repeater output has that annoying "pop" sound about every half-second or so.

I come up with two licenses held by the same company.
Perhaps it is some sort of lease deal.

Only ones I could up with also. Very strong -- about 3/4's scale using the 785D's telescoping antenna.
