463.600 BUCS dmr freq, not in FCC license

I am scanning 463-464 this eve and keep getting DMR traffic on 463.275 CC12
I heard words I would associate with a stadium, so I looked up and found it was the Bucs stadium.

ok cool, but I was also getting activity on 463.600 with a CC12 Slot 1 within a few min of that activity, and as i write this it has similar sounding traffic
but 463.600 is not in RR DB or in the FCC license info for them.......

just heard them talk about a tail number (plane reference?), but in other recent transmissions talking about tables.
