50 min. transmission delay

Most transmissions are only delayed 1-2 minutes (probably because of buffering delay). But some transmissions are delayed as much as 50 minutes (like Snyder County, PA). Why is the delay so long and how can it be shortened? Thanks.

I suspect you're talking about an online feed- we have dedicated forums for that (hint, hint...) 73 Mike
