After a lot of emails, FB messenger exchanges, and forum/group/list interactions this is the best guess as to currently active 6m repeaters in Georgia ...

GOOD 53.030 Augusta K4KNS Tone None AMATEUR RADIO CLUB OF COLUMBIA COUNTY, INC EVANS, GA (Per Rusty Welch, and Louis Hernandez, K4IIE)

GOOD 53.050 Jasper Biskey Mtn KC4INN Tone 100.0 (Multiple confirmations)

GOOD 53.190 Eatonton NZ2X Tone 156.7 (multiple confirmations)

PENDING Return to active 53.210 Marietta N1KDO Tone 79.7 (New Club/Group, probably NG4RF, No EST when back On The Air per Mike Roden, W5JR, BSRG)

GOOD 53.710 Watkinsville KD4AOZ Tone 123.0 CROWELL, JEFFREY E (Under repair per KC4SR Ken Schroder)

Can't help you with that ... but, since you're in Florida, are you aware of a recently verified list of active 6m repeaters there?

That's a question you should ask in the Florida forum, not in the Georgia forum.

Fair enough ... I'll do so. (It just seemed a reasonable question to a Florida Ham commenting about non-Georgia specific "future band openings" in a Georgia-specific group.) Off I go to the Florida forum ...

Add to your list Columbus, GA W4CVY 53.610(-) PL 123.0. Technically it is a few miles across the river in Phenix City, AL. But this is the Columbus Amateur Radio Club's 6M repeater for the area.

Cool! Good to know. I'll add an Alabama section to my list, along with SC and FL.
Thanks!

I started with a list like this ... drilled down to 5. Some were verified as sold and gone, one was actually in SC and another in AL, one was a duplicate due to a list typo. A couple has been owned by now-deceased Hams and a couple by Hams who had moved out of state. The rest could not be confirmed by anyone with whom I communicated (Clubs, repeater groups, and individuals).

Good job on the current list. Almost all of them have gone off the air. There are contributors to the site which make it worthwhile. Then there are others that make no one want to use it. Thanks to the members that contributed here.
