7.000 lsb mystery transmissions

Have any of you heard the mysterious transmissions on 7.0 LSB/USB. Lots of singing and weird noises. The languag sounds like Portuguese. Its on everyday in the morning time.

Yeah I have had two or three with in the past week around 6698 Near the TACAMO 6697, 6998 and I cant recall the other one. ISB maybe?? I tryed every thing I can think of. I havent had much experience with ISB so Idk..
